Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of large strategic accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets
Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned with customer goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) to deliver customized solutions
Monitor account performance, analyze data, and report on KPIs
Identify opportunities for new products or services to increase customer penetration
Negotiate agreements that benefit both the company and the client
Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a safety-conscious environment
Report activities via CRM (Constant Contact) and other sales tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
6–8 years in strategic account management or sales to OEM customers
Experience in plastics, custom-engineered products, or related industries (medical devices, manufacturing, engineered parts)
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, data-driven, and customer-focused
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
