They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Generator Parts Technician to source parts for repair jobs and provide administrative support in an in-person role at their Wichita office.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support, primarily around parts procurement
Operate a computer or similar devices to access required systems and equipment
Work independently with minimal or no supervision
Sourcing parts from a variety of vendors to fill orders for open jobs needing repairs
Identify necessary parts and communicate efficiently with vendors to ensure the correct parts are obtained
Update jobs in INSITE, create expenses, and upload invoices
Collaborate with the generator parts team and participate in training sessions as needed

Required

1+ years of administrative support working experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Able to quickly learn and work with new technologies and software programs
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards
