Responsibilities

Serve as the Partner Enterprise & Retail Solutions domain champion, leading the design and architectural development of innovative solutions that enhance the end-to-end experience for customers across diverse channels
Employ innovative techniques, working collaboratively with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders during full lifecycle development process

Qualification

Required

5 years experience in business process definition, requirement definition, solution architecture with experience in Gen AI/ML tools e.g. Prompt Engineering etc
5 years business analysis experience working with large scale enterprise solutions
5 years experience in software development methodologies (including agile and traditional waterfall)
5 years experience in customer facing apps, UI mockup design, Java, SOA, J2EE, Object Oriented Programming and Oracle

Preferred

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills
Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks
Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously
Engineering/ Technical background preferred
Experience working with vendors and contractors
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
5 years experience in working in a cross functional time-zone distributed team environment
