Inside Sales Representative
AP Executive Staffing is representing a globally recognized manufacturer of medical equipment dedicated to product quality and service. They are expanding their inside sales team and are looking for a customer-obsessed, sales-minded professional to qualify sales leads and improve process efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads and proactively conduct outreach to set up meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate lead records and track sales activities
Serve as a liaison between various departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Finance, and Operations
Generate sales and pipeline reports for leadership and support forecasting needs
Manage calendar coordination, data entry, and document management, including the preparation of presentations and sales kits
Identify and implement improvements to sales process efficiencies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with lead qualification and pipeline development for a technical product or solution-based sales team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Preferred
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
