Responsibilities
Receiving, sorting, and organizing non-ferrous metals; classifying and grading materials accurately
Performing equipment inspections and maintaining a clean, organized work area
Operating forklifts as needed for loading/unloading trucks and preparing shipments
Accurately weighing, tracking, and entering material data into in-house software systems
Providing excellent customer service, including assisting customers and answering inquiries
Adhering to safety protocols and maintain a safety-oriented mindset in all tasks
Qualification
Required
You have strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently show up on time
You have basic computer operation skills; comfortable with data entry and software use
You are self-motivated, a quick learner, and able to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
You are physically capable of handling moderate labor in varied working conditions
You are a confident communicator with good people skills and a competitive mindset
You are willing to learn forklift operation
Preferred
prior metal industry experience
