Responsibilities

Managing regulation and finance activities related to study, feasibility, planning, start-up, ongoing conduct, close-out and archiving

Work in a multidisciplinary team to support and research activity

Play an important role in delivering, managing and upholding the quality standards of the research conducted

Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of research regulatory and finance activities

Required

Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline (e.g. Science, nursing, data management) and/or relevant equivalent work experience

Experience conducting clinical trials with demonstrated experience preparing ethics applications, Site Specific Assessment applications and research governance, trial budgets and trial contracts

Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and organisational skills

Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise, manage competing tasks and meet deadlines

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office

Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and complete documentation

Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a member of a team

Preferred

Demonstrated experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems used within NSW Health will be highly regarded
