Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage technical security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of company assets

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions

Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the integration of security measures with existing systems and processes

Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and industry trends to ensure the company's security measures are current and effective

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Risks or related field

6+ years experience in security program or program management or related field OR equivalent

Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent Protection certification

OR Physical Security Professional (PSP)

OR equivalent Physical Security Certification

Direct experience in the engineering, design and/or installation of enterprise security systems in datacenters or other critical infrastructure environments is highly desirable
