Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for the Luminance Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
Support legal department workflows and processes within the CLM system
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for CLM-related questions and activities
Assist with system configuration and administrative tasks
Coordinate project activities related to legal technology initiatives
Maintain system documentation and user guidelines
Provide training and support to legal team members
Monitor system performance and report issues
Assist with data migration and system integration projects

Required

0-5 years of experience as Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Project Coordinator
Legal experience and understanding of legal workflows required
Experience with contract lifecycle management systems
Strong technical aptitude and system administration skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Prior experience with Luminance CLM platform strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
