Responsibilities
Testing, Adjusting and Balancing to achieve proper operation of HVAC systems for institutional clients ( Hospitals, Labs and Higher Education)
Critical Space Testing to measure airflows and confirm room pressurization is correct in addition to calculating air change rates directly for existing healthcare clients
Pre-commissioning to confirm the installation of the mechanical system is installed per the contract documents and the owner’s specifications
Functional performance testing to exercise HVAC equipment through its paces to confirm the systems are operating per the design intent
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
9+ years of relevant Testing and Balancing Field experience
HVAC Trade School training and/or certification
NEBB Certified Technician
