They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Intellectual Disabilities Residential Director to lead and manage multiple residential sites, ensuring high-quality services and operational success.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to residential site managers and staff, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment
Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care and support
Oversee site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all regulations
Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and enhance service delivery for individuals with intellectual disabilities
Ensure that all staff members are trained and consistently meet company standards and regulatory requirements
Scheduling-On-Call responsibilities
May require assistance with emergency coverage of billable shifts
