Responsibilities
Execute limited-time offer (LTO) campaigns, including setup, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation
Coordinate creative development across owned channels and manage review and approval processes
Maintain timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time launches
Oversee marketing collateral deployment and program operations for on-property channels
Act as the primary point of contact for property teams and ensure compliance with program standards
Monitor performance trends and implement optimizations
Support test-and-learn initiatives to improve acquisition performance and customer experience
Collaborate with digital and email teams to optimize messaging and placements
Document learnings and provide recommendations for future enhancements
Manage routine acquisition performance reporting and campaign tracking
Compile data from multiple sources for consolidated performance views
Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in financial services, credit card, or consumer banking marketing
Proven ability to manage operationally complex marketing programs across multiple channels
Experience collaborating with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
Comfortable working with operations and technology teams
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau
