Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex electrical, electronic, and control system projects

Design and improve control systems and power systems for mobile or industrial equipment

Act as a technical expert , mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level engineers

Implement new technologies into electrical system designs

Establish and follow best practices related to Reliability, Health, Safety, and Environment (RHSE)

Ensure proper design verification and validation using analytical and empirical methods

Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies

Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and process improvement teams

Contribute to innovative solutions and intellectual property development

Represent the company at technical conferences and professional forums when required
