Responsibilities
Validate and process transactions in client accounts
Investigate and resolve all cash and position exceptions across accounts
Execute daily control tasks
Identify and resolve complex issues with custodians, banks, and brokers with minimal supervision
Respond to various requests from intermediaries in a timely and professional manner
Assist in firm-wide and or departmental projects, as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with fixed-income securities is required
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
3-5 years' experience in a related capacity, preferably in institutional reconciliation
Experience with foreign securities and currencies is a plus
