Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for laboratory and GxP-regulated systems, contributing to ongoing Wave IT projects and initiatives
Collaborate with IT Technical Specialists, Business Analysts, and the broader IT Operations team to deliver effective technical solutions
Manage and resolve support tickets using the FreshService platform, ensuring accurate documentation for knowledge sharing
Receive hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance from senior IT team members to support learning and professional development
Communicate effectively with lab users, IT team members, and mentors regarding task progress, challenges, and solutions
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base (KB) articles to support system upkeep and user education
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Learn and apply best practices for supporting systems in a regulated (GxP) environment

Qualification

Required

Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at an accredited college or university
Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and basic IT troubleshooting
Highly organized with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
