Lawn Care Technician II - Euclid
American Landscaping Partners is currently hiring a Lawn Care Technician II to join their growing Plant Health Care team. This role involves managing service routes, applying lawn treatments, and serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers while offering the opportunity to grow technical skills in turf health and plant care.

Responsibilities
Perform professional lawn care applications including fertilization, weed control, and pest treatments
Diagnose turf issues such as weeds, insects, disease, and nutrient deficiencies
Recommend appropriate treatment plans and additional services based on lawn conditions
Communicate directly with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide guidance
Manage a daily service route independently and efficiently
Accurately complete service documentation, product usage logs, and site notes
Ensure compliance with all safety, chemical handling, and state regulations
Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and PPE
Assist with training and mentoring entry-level Lawn Care Technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on lawn care experience
Ability to work independently
Experience diagnosing turf issues
Ability to interact directly with customers
Manage own service route
Apply lawn treatments accurately
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers
Perform professional lawn care applications including fertilization, weed control, and pest treatments

Preferred
1–2+ years of professional lawn care, turf, landscaping, or horticulture experience
Strong knowledge of lawn care products, application techniques, and turf health
Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working independently and managing a route
Clear, professional communication skills with customers and teammates
Attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
