Senior LevelServa Health LLC is seeking a senior-level UX designer with deep experience designing enterprise SaaS platforms for a short-term, high-impact engagement. The role involves designing complex workflows, creating information architectures, and collaborating closely with engineering to deliver production-ready designs.

Responsibilities
Design and refine UX for complex enterprise SaaS workflows, including admin, configuration, and execution modes
Create and evolve information architecture, navigation models, and role-based access patterns
Design data-heavy screens, dashboards, and advanced forms optimized for real enterprise users
Extend and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency across modules and preventing UX drift
Produce dev-ready deliverables in Figma, including flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and annotated handoff specs
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, designing with real implementation constraints in mind
Participate in scrums, design reviews, and working sessions as needed
Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards (WCAG awareness, keyboard navigation, focus states, contrast)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience designing complex enterprise SaaS products (not just consumer or marketing sites)
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, system-level thinking, and architecture decisions
Deep understanding of enterprise product modes (administration vs configuration vs execution)
Experience building or extending design systems and reusable component libraries
Working knowledge of React-based applications and common enterprise UI libraries (Ant Design or similar preferred)
Advanced proficiency with Figma for production-ready design and handoff
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional product teams
Accessibility-aware and usability-focused design approach
Preferred
Experience working on internal tools or regulated enterprise software
Prior ownership of design systems or design operations
Ability to quickly bring structure and clarity to existing, complex products
