Human Resources Manager (with Office Management Responsibilities) – Confidential
Confidential company is a fast-growing restaurant group operating approximately 100 locations across Southern California. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations while handling key office management duties in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for multi-location teams
Administer compensation, benefits, leave programs, and payroll (strong ADP Workforce experience required)
Develop/implement HR policies ensuring full compliance with federal, California state, and local regulations
Handle employee relations: investigate/resolve issues, conflicts, and complaints
Manage performance reviews, development programs, training materials, and salary reviews
Create market-based compensation strategies and analyze trends for retention
Maintain organization charts, employee directories, HR systems, and office efficiencies (including office policies and affairs)
Partner with leadership on strategic talent management aligned with business goals
Support HR staff and drive office-related improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of HR management experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality (multi-location a plus)
Strong knowledge of California labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll (ADP Workforce required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven success in fast-paced, multi-site environments
Comfortable with occasional regional travel in Southern California
