Responsibilities
Direct and manage all Alt CO, Alt, Public Assembly, PAA, and BSO/TCO filings
Review drawings and zoning analyses for accuracy prior to submission
Coordinate with architects, engineers, expediters, and agency officials
Maintain tracking systems for filing milestones, permits, and sign-offs
Anticipate compliance issues and resolve them before review or inspection
Serve as point of contact for DOB, FDNY, and client representatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of NYC filing or project management experience within architecture, compliance, or expediting
Deep working knowledge of NYC Building Code, Zoning Resolution, DOB NOW, and BIS
Proven ability to interpret architectural and occupancy data for compliance accuracy
Strong organizational skills and high attention to regulatory detail
