Responsibilities

Manage all delivery staff: PMs, developers, and consultants

Handle staffing decisions and resource allocation across projects

Run performance reviews, coaching, and career development

Participate in hiring for delivery roles

Ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and at quality

Spot risks early and fix them before they become problems

Run standups, reviews, and retrospectives

Standardize our delivery processes and templates

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for government program managers

Lead status reporting, issue resolution, and client communication

Build trust with stakeholders at the program manager and director level

Help with delivery planning and LOE estimates during pre-sales

Work with leadership to improve how we deliver and scale
