They are seeking a Senior Associate / Manager of Multifamily Investments to play a critical execution role across acquisitions, underwriting, and transaction management. This role offers direct exposure to the full investment lifecycle, meaningful deal responsibility, and a clear path to advancement as the portfolio scales.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate multifamily acquisition opportunities through broker relationships, off-market channels, and proprietary networks

Build and maintain detailed financial models and underwriting for value-add and repositioning strategies

Conduct comprehensive pre-acquisition due diligence, including:

Market and submarket analysis

Property financial and operating reviews

Assisting with site visits and inspections

Support LOI development, contract negotiations, and transaction execution

Coordinate with lenders through financing processes from term sheet to closing

Assist in preparing investment committee materials and lender/investor presentations

Track deal timelines and coordinate internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate closely with asset management and property management teams to ensure underwriting assumptions reflect operational realities

Represent the firm at industry events and maintain strong broker and lender relationships
