Maximus Global Services is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead the development and execution of a data-driven compliance strategy. This role will oversee the implementation of AVTECH Corp software and leverage advanced analytics to ensure regulatory adherence and drive performance.

Responsibilities

Lead full implementation and utilization of AVTECH software across all departments

Design and enforce policies, SOPs, and standards including ISO9001-2015 and other relevant certifications

Manage and report on DOT compliance, TSA and CBP audits, and other regulatory requirements

Develop API-level dashboards, predictive models, and anomaly detection systems for compliance risk and ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting and internal audit readiness

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to align compliance initiatives

Deliver compliance training programs and maintain high engagement across the organization

Integrate data science techniques to enhance compliance intelligence and operational efficiency
