Responsibilities

Work with several departments and functional leaders at the highest levels of the organization to detail current processes, develop new processes and lead transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial goals of the business while preparing for the future
Understand the current P&C landscape vs. the strategic direction of the organization and extract the relevant information to support requirement definition, business design, usability design and end-user testing

Required

Exposure on reporting, analytics and dashboarding - Sitting in HR environment
Has experience in PMO role with needed HR environment experience
Comfortable to get their hands dirty from documentation flowcharts to executive presentations
Experience with presenting to Stakeholders and C suite team
10+ years of program management experience driving global change and HR transformation
Demonstrated the experience to apply in-depth knowledge on HR operations
Structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions and prioritize risks
Experience enforcing QA methodologies and ensuring governance adherence as part of broader transformation initiatives
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and driving strategic outcomes across global teams

Preferred

Experience delivering projects related to HR-related priorities including Global Workplaces
Expertise in balancing quality governance frameworks with practical, scalable solutions
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and within budget
