Develop IT strategies for financial systems (ERP/FMS)
Foster collaboration across teams
Utilize project management tools (Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Clarity)
Implement project management concepts (project plans, charters, WBS, gap analysis, change management, communication plans)
Ensure adherence to Florida Administrative Code related to IT project management
Maintain a results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams
Stay updated on current trends and best practices in IT
Utilize Agile management methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a technology- or finance-related field
Relevant work experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis
Minimum 7 years of Information Technology experience across diverse technical environments
At least 2 years supporting financial applications
Strong background in IT with knowledge of current trends and best practices
Experience aligning technology initiatives with business strategy
Knowledge of project management concepts (project plans, charters, WBS, gap analysis, change management, communication plans)
Experience using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Clarity)
Experience developing IT strategies for financial systems (ERP/FMS)
Proven ability to foster collaboration across teams
Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Knowledge of Agile management methodologies
Familiarity with Florida Administrative Code related to IT project management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
