Account Executive
LMG Systems Innovation (LMGSI) is part of Entertainment Technology Partners, a global leader in event and systems integration technology. They are seeking an Account Executive with technical sales expertise to design, sell, and oversee integrated AV system solutions that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Client Development – Identify, contact, and convert new customers while maintaining and renewing relationships with existing ones
Technical Solution Design – Collaborate with clients and engineers to define system requirements, budgets, and technical scopes
Proposal Creation – Prepare formal quotes and contracts that include equipment, materials, labor, and logistics costs
Project Coordination – Work with internal teams to schedule installations, confirm equipment availability, and manage timelines
Site Oversight – Visit client locations during installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on AV, lighting, and control technology advancements through continued training
Follow-Up – Ensure client satisfaction post-installation and maintain long-term partnerships
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in designing and engineering AV, lighting, and control systems
Proven success in technical sales and client management
Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Preferred
AV industry certifications or memberships preferred
