Responsibilities

Evaluate and respond to completed website chats and form submissions

Relay potential clients to the proper person within the firm

Follow up with potential clients and internally to evaluate status of leads

Oversee the client intake process from initial contact to case assignment

Monitor and improve intake procedures to maximize client satisfaction and conversion rates

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity

Manage requests for time off from staff

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees

Work with firm leadership to ensure proper policies and procedures are in place for all staff

Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and HR-related problem-solving

Oversee the employee benefits for staff, including considering options and handling open enrollment

Required

Experience working in a law firm

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with office software and case management systems (firm uses CloudLex)

Must demonstrate empathy and understanding for contacts and clients

Preferred

Highly qualified candidates will have previously served in an office management capacity at a law firm or have years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm

Experience supervising staff and managing workflows in a busy, multi-person office

Experience with HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and training

Familiarity with personal injury law and legal intake processes

Experience with Bamboo HR
