Responsibilities
Lead migration of analog services to VoIP solutions
Coordinate carrier circuit installations
Provide escalation support for cloud-based platforms
Manage telecom projects from start to finish
Document designs and implementation plans
Ensure timely project delivery with minimal disruption
Act as technical contact during deployments
Support day-to-day telecom operations
Troubleshoot voice platform issues
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT experience
5+ years in telecom or voice engineering
Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge
Experience with SIP and VoIP architectures
Proficiency in cloud-based voice platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Preferred
Hands-on experience with RingCentral and Five9
Familiarity with ATAs and analog-to-digital migrations
Experience with telecom billing and TEMS providers
Knowledge of QoS, firewall/NAT for VoIP
Scripting or automation experience
