Quality Intelligence Project Manager

They are seeking a Quality Intelligence Project Manager to lead and manage quality and compliance projects, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimizing processes across various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize processes to implement published regulations and standards, including monitoring, assessment, and change control
Lead cross-functional remediation efforts for current and emerging regulatory impacts on quality systems
Drive updates to policies, procedures, and systems to ensure market and compliance requirements are met
Define project scope and develop/manage detailed project plans and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and critical issues to senior leadership
Address resource constraints using data-driven business proposals to mitigate compliance and business risk
Provide clear, consistent written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders
Lead and support global projects in alignment with established PMO governance guidelines
Integrate AQR and AN QA initiatives based on compliance risk, resources, and business readiness
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience (Business Administration, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Engineering)
5-7 years of experience in a regulated nutritional food manufacturing environment (preferably pediatric or medical nutrition products)
Strong knowledge of food GxP regulations, nutritional manufacturing controls, and quality systems
3-5 years of project leadership experience
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Effective stakeholder management capabilities
Experience working with international teams and partners
Ability to plan, facilitate, and lead meetings
Preferred
Master's degree
PMP certification (Project Management Institute)
Ingredient, process, or formulation expertise in nutritional or infant products
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Class A, etc.)
