Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize daily production tasks within our project management system (Workfront experience is highly desired)
Edit and publish web content for product launches, events and marketing campaigns across multiple regional websites using our CMS (AEM) and other tools
Partner with global marketing, engineering, agency and creative teams to implement new programs, features and updates, ensuring a seamless user experience
Create campaign landing pages ensuring accurate tracking is implemented
Build compelling email campaigns and nurture programs
Adhere to Workday design, accessibility, and production guidelines
Proactively QA our sites to identify and resolve bugs, typos, and other areas for improvement
Maintain documentation of web production processes
Influence and optimize web production workflows
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years web production experience building and publishing websites in AEM content management system in a B2B environment
Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
Minimum 2 years of experience building emails
Proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions
Highly organized with unfailing attention to detail
Confident communicator with a talent for translating sophisticated technical requirements into clear, simple terms for non-technical audiences
English language proficiency both written and verbal
Preferred
Workfront experience is highly desired
Marketo is highly desired
Working directly for a company's headquarters is highly desired
