Responsibilities

Manage daily access control operations at a secure construction/data center site

Wand construction workers entering the site

Create, issue, manage, and deactivate access badges

Control and document access for materials and vehicles

Conduct escorts for non-badged personnel

Perform routine site walks to identify suspicious activity

Conduct searches for prohibited or unapproved devices

Utilize radios and communication systems effectively

Coordinate with law enforcement and fire departments during emergencies

Complete and manage Daily Action Reports (DARs), Incident Reports, and administrative documentation

Create and manage security schedules

Supervise and lead a team of 5–10 security guards
