Responsibilities

Develop and own revenue strategy aligned with company goals, while executing against the executive team's strategic priorities
Translate executive-level revenue objectives into clear, actionable plans for Sales and Marketing teams
Set clear revenue targets, operating plans, and success metrics across sales, marketing, and the vendor marketplace
Lead execution of revenue initiatives, ensuring strategies move from planning to measurable results
Build and operate the systems, processes, and execution cadence that drive predictable revenue growth
Partner with the Managing Director to refine revenue strategy and adjust based on performance and market signals, with input and direction from the C-Suite
Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies across the revenue funnel and drive solutions
Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and operating rhythms for revenue teams
Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts, messaging, and priorities
Bring forward data-driven insights, recommendations, and trade-offs to leadership
Lead, coach, and hold accountable the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager for revenue performance and execution

Required

Preferred

7-10+ years experience in B2B growth, marketplaces, or SaaS sales/marketing in a startup or small, growing company
Successfully scaled two-sided marketplaces or partner platforms
Proven track record of driving revenue growth
Experience managing managers
Clear, practical understanding of revenue operations, forecasting, and pipeline management
Comfortable operating in a remote environment, with strong written communication skills and flexibility working across synchronous and asynchronous communication
