Responsibilities
Manage SVRS project performance metrics and maintain data in the Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP)
Ensure compliance with the Commonwealth Project Management Standard
Coordinate project calendars and facilitate daily meetings (virtual and in-person)
Provide regular status briefings to internal and external audiences, including the Interagency Oversight Committee
Work closely with ELECT SVRS project team members to ensure timely and successful delivery
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Manager leading complex projects
Strong organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and project team members
Experience in managing project performance metrics
Knowledge of Commonwealth Project Management Standards
Ability to coordinate project calendars and facilitate meetings
Experience providing status briefings to internal and external audiences
