Responsibilities

Act as Finance Functional SME for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials

Lead requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization

Provide strategic guidance on EBS and Fusion application Finance Modules

Support financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes

Lead or support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and enhancements

Engage with finance leadership, controllers, auditors, and business users

Translate business requirements into Oracle Finance solutions

Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)

Support audit requirements and internal controls

Drive best practices and standardization

Act as Finance Functional SME for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials

Lead requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization

Provide strategic guidance on EBS and Fusion application Finance Modules

Hands-on expertise in: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Subledger Accounting (SLA), FAH

Support financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes

Lead or support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and enhancements

Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, extensions

Perform functional testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities

Engage with finance leadership, controllers, auditors, and business users

Translate business requirements into Oracle Finance solutions

Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)

Support audit requirements and internal controls

Drive best practices and standardization
