Responsibilities
Responsible for comprehensive end-to-end-user acceptance testing for BPO applications and processes related to the XD project
Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications. This includes end-to-end-user acceptance testing
Test scripts, report defects thoroughly, and retest efficiently
Collaborate with IT and other departments to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
Ensure all processes are well documented
Build working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Must live within a drivable distance of Miami Lakes, FL as no per diem or relocation assistance is being offered
1+ years of experience required
Preferred
We prefer SAP knowledge
Exposure to Agile program development methodology
