Deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization
Educate clients on compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, career development
Advise on various management issues
Partner closely with business leaders to align on the People strategy

Required

12+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner

Preferred

A rotation in an Organizational Development or project work in a center of excellence
Effectiveness, coaching, and culture
Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools is essential
Workday knowledge
Strong communication and influencing skills
Highly collaborative style
Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to independently lead
Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees alike
Strong project management and Excel skills
