Responsibilities
Delivers IS support through the management of the desktop support processes
Provides outstanding customer service to end-users on hardware, software and network problems, questions or issues
Troubleshoot problems with operating systems, applications, remote access, email, and telephone and wireless issues
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in database network related fundamentals
2+ years of experience in the IT field supporting 100+ users
2+ years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting PC desktop issues is required
Strong time management and organizational skills
Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends per business needs (on call)
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly
Preferred
CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ are preferred
