Responsibilities
Shoot high-quality video for Esparza and client projects (studio and on-location)
Edit videos for a range of uses, including brand content, social, campaigns, and internal needs
Own the video workflow from pre-production through post-production alongside the Brand Strategy Director and the Project Manager
Collaborate with strategists, designers, and account teams to bring ideas to life
Help shape storytelling approaches for video projects
Manage footage, files, and assets in an organized and scalable way
Adapt quickly to different brands, audiences, and creative styles
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in videography and video editing
Strong shooting skills (camera, lighting, audio fundamentals)
Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
Comfort working across a wide range of project types and industries
Someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving, not just repeating the same type of work
Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
A collaborative mindset with clear communication skills
Excitement about taking ownership and growing the video function at Esparza
Preferred
Motion graphics or light animation experience
Experience shooting for social-first content
Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
