The Mid-Market Carrier Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships – lead generation, referrals, and prospective
Maintain constant contact with carriers
Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
Leverage our leading tech platform
Give exceptional customer service every day
Qualification
Required
Relevant supply chain, sales or customer service experience
Exemplify a proven track record of high performance
Strong writing and speaking skills
Ability to make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective carriers
Adopt a solution-oriented attitude and energy to approach each day with enthusiasm
Represent TransLoop at a high standard in every interaction
Preferred
Logistics experience preferred, but not required
You have experience selling in 3PL, Transportation, or Tech
