Responsibilities
Primary responsibility over Wellvolution vendor, managing day-to-day deliverables and adherence to Statement of Work, forecasting enrollments and costs, determining program budgets and contractual obligations
Meticulous creation and execution of project plans, deliverable and timelines for digital care program initiatives
Experience planning and learning major initiatives, such as the launch of new Wellvolution programs
Ability to effectively maneuver through organizational dynamics and tailor approach to ensure optimal outcome
Proven ability to determine key business issues, develop effective short- and long-term action plans and implement to successful conclusion
Operate at a strategic business level to ensure projects/programs are in line with Blue Shield of California strategic goals
Consult with all levels including senior management, make recommendations, and influence decision-making
Leverage cross-functional internal and external relationships to drive initiatives forward
Plan and implement multiple and extremely complex projects/programs spanning across business areas
Determine key business issues, develop effective action plans and implement to successful conclusion
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
7-10 years' experience in healthcare managing digital health programs or health products and vendors
Strong negotiation skills and ability to successfully interact with all levels of management
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
Demonstrate ability to manage challenging situations in a positive and constructive manner
Exhibits 'can do' attitude and solution-oriented approach to resolve challenges
Possesses strong collaboration and partnership skills in a matrixed work environment
Able to work independently with minimum direction or supervision required
Produces accurate work under tight deadlines
Possesses strong business acumen with proven experience in thinking strategically
