This role involves working closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting while continuously improving processes.

Responsibilities
Support monthly, mid-year, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with account analysis and variance explanations
Contribute to internal control documentation and process improvements
Assist with external audit and review activities, including preparation of support schedules and coordination across teams
Participate in internal reviews and help identify opportunities to strengthen controls and efficiencies
Support expense reporting and corporate card administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist with financial and regulatory reporting as needed
Research accounting questions and ensure alignment with applicable standards
Contribute to budgeting and other cross-functional finance initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes
Experience working with a general ledger system and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to learn quickly
Clear communicator with a collaborative, positive approach
Preferred
CPA preferred
Public accounting or audit experience preferred
