Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Recruiter to support the organization’s business objectives by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and hiring temporary consultants. The Recruiter will build and maintain a strong consultant database while effectively communicating with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

Proactively source and recruit technical consultants through cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Build and maintain a strong consultant database aligned to current and future client needs
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, availability, and compensation
Partner with Account Managers and client managers to qualify roles and develop effective fill strategies
Present candidates to clients, prepare both sides for interviews, and manage the send-out process
Negotiate pay and bill rates and ensure completion of all onboarding paperwork
Maintain relationships with consultants on assignment and support performance, payroll, and benefits needs
Track all activity and market insights in the CRM/database

Required

Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must
Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Proven knowledge of MS Office products

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business preferred
1+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
