They are seeking a Physician Recruiter to source and manage healthcare professionals, build relationships with candidates and clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening: Find and vet healthcare professionals (physicians, NPs, PAs) through job boards, networking, and databases
Candidate Management: Build relationships, conduct interviews, present opportunities, and prepare providers for assignments
Client Management: Understand facility needs, present candidates, and secure placements
Credentialing & Compliance: Manage licensing, privileging, and other regulatory paperwork
Negotiation: Handle contracts, pay rates, and work terms
Logistics: Coordinate travel, housing, and scheduling for assignments
Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on metrics
Qualification
Required
Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of the industry, roles, and regulations
Sales & Communication: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport (phone, email, in-person)
Organization: Juggling multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
Proactivity: Self-motivated to find opportunities and solve problems
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and sourcing tools
BA or BS Degree or Equivalent Experience required
A minimum of 2-years experience in a professional, customer oriented, service environment
Must have experience in an environment where phone interaction was primary form of communication
Proficiency with computer skills required
Efficient organization and time management required
Must have professional phone manners and outstanding interpersonal, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Superior customer service and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in a comprehensive, fast paced recruiting or sales environment preferred
Experience in health care industry and or with medical terminology a plus
