Responsibilities
Spearhead on-site operations for multifaceted construction projects, with a focus on data centers and medical facilities
Orchestrate the efforts of diverse subcontractor teams to ensure timely project completion
Implement and uphold stringent safety protocols and quality control measures
Liaise effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory bodies
Utilize advanced construction management software, particularly CMiC, to streamline project workflows
Maintain meticulous records and provide regular, comprehensive progress reports
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track and within budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data center construction projects
Proven track record managing hospital or medical facility projects valued at $10 million or more
Demonstrated skill in utilizing advanced project management platforms and digital tools commonly employed in the construction industry
Strong command of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make swift, informed decisions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Demonstrated leadership in fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Preferred
Familiarity with specialized construction software solutions
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
