Responsibilities
Engage with online prospects, providing them with valuable information about our homes, pricing, and communities
Create excitement and interest among realtors about our homes and communities
Occasionally work in the Community Sales Office and cover for the Community Sales Manager when needed
Assist with the implementation of marketing initiatives for all communities and Cornerstone corporate branding
Assist with contract paperwork processing, ensuring that all documents are properly executed, distributed, and saved
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales support or a related field
Desire to learn the New Home Sales Business
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience with a CRM system
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends
Ability to commute to Richmond, VA 23226
Ability to relocate to Richmond, VA 23226 before starting work
