They are seeking a Recruiter responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including sourcing and evaluating candidates, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Responsibilities
Manage a requisition workload of approximately 15–20 open positions while adhering to established recruitment processes
Screen, assess, and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates against minimum and preferred qualifications
Partner with hiring managers to support the interview process, including coordinating and scheduling interviews with external candidates
Proactively source passive candidates through social media platforms and professional networking sites
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and OneNote
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
