Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans for NetSuite projects, aligning with client objectives and organizational goals
Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs
Ensure the successful execution of NetSuite implementation projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Mentor and guide project teams, nurturing their skills and expertise in NetSuite implementation and delivery
Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
Lead initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in NetSuite, with a focus on leadership or project management
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, features, and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate complex client environments and build strong, collaborative relationships
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
