The role involves leading design concepts and executing a variety of projects including web, print, branding, and environmental design work, primarily focusing on website design and brand identity.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing concepts and executing designs for a variety of web, print, branding and environmental design work

Focusing primarily on website design, including full website wireframes and designs that vary from client to client

Creating brand identity, email marketing templates, digital ads for paid search, and landing page designs

Joining account managers for client calls and meetings as a client-facing resource

Assisting with the creative process and coordinating with the development team on website projects

Creating visually engaging, mobile-friendly email marketing templates and design support

Creating compelling and effective digital ads for paid search

Designing landing pages and creating mock-ups for client approval

Managing clear rounds of revisions to keep client feedback within budget

Displaying ownership of outcomes and seeing projects through from concept to execution

Required

5-10 year's work experience minimum

Design Degree Required

Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite/(Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma

Web Design Experience required

Branding experience required

Strong grasp of creating color schemes and typography palettes

Experience mapping out site navigation, including drop downs, mobile, and sticky headers

Ability to design visually engaging, mobile friendly email marketing templates and design support with in both AIQ and Klaviyo platforms

Ability to create compelling and effective digital ads for paid search

Experience with landing page design/Unbounce experience a strong plus

Ability to create mock-ups of the site for client approval and work within clear rounds of revisions to keep client feedback within agreed upon budget

Display ownership of outcomes and see projects through from concept to execution

Solid portfolio demonstrating web and design skills required
