Faith Technologies Inc. (FTI) is searching for a Lead Engineer to support the Engineering Standards for their Product Engineering team located in Menasha, WI. The Lead Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining engineering standards across the product portfolio, developing and implementing standardized engineering practices that ensure product consistency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains engineering standards, specifications, and best practices

Leads cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of standards with product and business goals

Evaluates and integrates industry standards and regulatory requirements into internal processes

Drives standardization efforts across product platforms to improve efficiency and reduce cost

Provides technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on standards and compliance

Collaborates with quality and regulatory teams to ensure product certifications and audits are supported

Monitors emerging technologies and standards to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation

Supports continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for product

Performs other related duties as required and assigned
