Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand research needs and develop research plans for your product area

Partner closely with design, program management, customer experience, and data science teams to develop a deep understanding of customers and inform product decisions

Apply a broad range of research techniques—both generative and evaluative—throughout the product lifecycle

Design, execute, and analyze research studies to deliver insightful and actionable results

Communicate research findings clearly and persuasively to all levels of the product team, including methodology, insights, and design recommendations

Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders to influence product roadmaps

Contribute to fostering a strong research culture across the team

Qualification

Required

Advanced degree in Psychology, HCI/HFE, HCDE, or a related field

Minimum of 5+ years of research and design experience

Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of qualitative (e.g., ethnography) and quantitative (e.g., data analytics) research methodologies and statistics

Proven ability to create research plans and drive progress on key metrics

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and present findings effectively
