North Carolina State University is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide exceptional IT desktop support to the College of Veterinary Medicine’s faculty, staff, and students. The role involves strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills, as well as assisting with Audio/Visual projects and support.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional IT desktop support to the College of Veterinary Medicine’s faculty, staff, and students
Assist with Audio/Visual (A/V) projects and support

Qualification

Troubleshooting WindowsMac OSIT system management toolsClassroom A/V systems supportCodingProgramming languagesDatabase managementSystem security knowledgeServiceNow ticketing systemVerbal communicationWritten communicationCollaboration skills

Required

Associate's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Mac OS environments
Experience with IT system management tools such as SCCM and Jamf
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and IT partners

Preferred

At least 1 year of IT support experience, preferably in veterinary, medical, or clinical environments within higher education
At least 1 year of experience supporting classroom A/V systems
Experience with coding or programming languages
Knowledge of database management, system security, and regulatory compliance
Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system
