In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service in retail stores through preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems, while also evaluating and recommending improvements.

Responsibilities
Responsible for ongoing activities related to the successful operation of our retail stores
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical)
Evaluates and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability, and yield
Performs equipment failure analysis (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance)
Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems
Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures
Occasional travel to surrounding markets such as Odessa, TX and Midland, TX
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Must be able to wear PPE
All revenue generating equipment to be fixed within 24 hours
High priority to ensure equipment functionality with responsibility for operation and quality along with general equipment maintenance and replacement
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Identify and proactively report equipment issues
Comply with all safety requirements
Wear PPE as required
Required to maintain safety and performance of assigned vehicle
